Shelley Holland, Secretary/Treasurer Shelley is a CPA and serves as the Controller for The Holland Companies. She has been involved with the company on a full-time basis for the past seven years. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the public accounting field for 10 years. Jeff Collignon, General Manager Jeff joined The Holland Companies in October of 2007. He currently manages the day-to-day operations for both companies. He is also the head designer for Holland Millwork and Laminate's custom cabinet line. Dorman Holland, Shop Foreman Dorman has over 20 years of experience in custom cabinetry and millwork. He currently oversees mill operations for Holland Millwork and Laminate. Joe Gordon, Production Foreman Joe has been in the construction trade for 28 years and has been with The Holland Companies for 21 years.
